Oh yes, definitely, like apparently telling myself to ‘STOP’ when it comes to negative thoughts in order to avoid simplistic rationalization and distorted perceptions.

Awww.. haha.. according to my textbook, it is those who are pessimistic that people can change… hmm.. I realize I need to improve on that viewpoint: that optimistically people can change and grow. But then again, I’ve been burned so badly for thinking that way, especially with my exes over and over again… I find it helpful to have realistic viewpoints too…:D hugsss!
