Anger turned inwards is depression.
I try to find healthier ways to express my blues.
But it’s not easy, as I’m worried of saying the wrong thing.
So instead, I remain silent. Afraid to speak.
But this is worse. My throat is heavy with tears.
So much hurt. Too much pain. Reality check.
God will give me something better than this.
He never disappoints you.
Trust in him always.
With your frustrations, anger, hurt, and upsetness.
For He will show you a better direction.
